What is Atlantic Airwaves

Atlantic Airwaves is a radio program heard on the Maritime Network of CBC Radio One each and every Saturday afternoon from 5:05 to 6:00 pm in the Atlantic time zone. The program features music and profiles of music makers from Canada's four Atlantic Provinces; Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland, as well as national and international Artists appearing in festivals and live performances throughout the region. The range of music featured is a broad range of styles representing much of the popular music produced and enjoyed in the region.
