For the better part of 30 years I have been involved with the music and music makers of Atlantic Canada and beyond. As an audio engineer with CBC Radio I began working the music and variety shows in the early 70's and after absorbing the public broadcasting culture from some very creative people I became a music producer. During that time with CBC Radio I have concentrated on exposing to, and celebrating with my audiences the rich diversity of musical talent and activity in the Atlantic region while at the same time attempting to create awareness of musical and cultural styles unique to this place and time.
