District profile: This urban district was created from parts of Dartmouth-Cole Harbour and Cole Harbour-Eastern Passage in a 2003 redistribution.

Primarily a residential community, it includes Colby Village, Forest Hills and Wildwood. Cole Harbour Reserve is also part of this riding.

2006:	New Democrat Darrell Dexter is re-elected with a commanding 61 per cent of the vote.
2003:	Dexter won with 55 per cent of the vote, a total of 4,977 votes. PC Brian Thomas came in a distant second, with 2,387 votes while Liberal Peter Foy was third.
