Admit it. You worry when your college-age kids head to the bar to unwind at the end of the semester. Will they drink too much? Will they make sure they have a safe ride home? And will they keep an eye on their drinks so no one can spike them? The date rape drug is a frightening reality. Two Penticton nursing students are hoping to arm people in the battle against it. Wednesday on Daybreak, freelancer Karin Wilson has story of their crusade.
