- What kind of comments would you like?
We want your perspective. Probe, analyze, inform. Challenge, advocate, debate. Inspire, entertain, enjoy. Your contributions make our online publishing and on-air programming richer, the conversations more lively and diverse.
- What should I watch out for?

- What do you look for in a picture?
-
The best pictures tell a story, and shows something as it happens. (For example, pictures of a golf course flooding are more interesting to see than the flood damage afterward.)
Timeliness is essential, especially for news pictures. The faster you can get them to us, the better.
Get as close as you can safely get; closer is better than using the zoom.
Take as many photos as you can, in a breaking news situation, more is better.
Send us the picture as a jpeg (the file name will say '.jpg' at the end) at the maximum size you can. We can crop and resize once we receive them.
