His committee work with bench and bar led to establishment of a mental health court in Toronto, as well as putting in place alternative justice and case management practices. Has helped develop an electronic case management system for the Ministry of the Attorney General. Has given presentations to police, prosecutors and heads of prosecutions on many diverse subjects including gang violence, racially motivated crime and police best practice standards.
Community Activities: Has served on boards of directors and in other capacities for Hawthorn School for Girls and Mary Mother of God School. Past chair of Loretto Abbey Catholic Secondary School Advisory Council.
