In 1982, Chungsen became general manager, Asia Pacific for Urban Transportation Development Corporation (UTDC), where he successfully marketed and sold Canadian urban transit technology to China, Japan and Malaysia. His Environmental Group of Companies are engaged in disaster mitigation, emergency relief shelters, environmentally-friendly buildings, air and water purification systems, waste management systems, sustainable energy systems, alternative building materials and disaster mitigation management.
