Has also been involved in real estate - the developer of acreage developments, commercial developments, and highway-commercial lands.

Community Activities: Served for seven years on the board of directors at Calgary Winter Club, including stints as president and chairman. Active member and volunteer leader in the Grace Presbyterian Church. Has volunteered as an advocate for learning-disabled kids, and coached kids hockey.

Eric Donovan

John Chan

Career Background: Employed as a compliance inspector with Alberta Environment. Served as a consultant to the Alberta Multiculturalism Commission and the Alberta Teachers' Association.
