CBC Charlottetown is bringing you two cooking features this summer, one hosted by CBC News at Six anchor Bruce Rainnie, the other by CBC Radio's Mitch Cormier. Bruce Rainnie is travelling across the Island this summer, visiting top chefs who share their signature dishes. Mitch Cormier is staying closer to home, teaming up with Culinary Institute of Canada chef Craig Youdale for Meat meets Heat. From buying a barbecue to pairing grilled meats with wine, Youdale takes grilling beyond the basics. CBC Television - Signature Dishes
