Outdoor Stage
If your outdoor event involves loud music or large crowds, you must notify the City's Special Events team muriel.honey@vancouver.ca, cael.hopwood@vancouver.ca and diane.shepherd@vancouver.ca, at least two week's in advance of your event.

Your confirmed event booking gives you access to the following spaces
- Studio 700 and/or Outdoor Stage
- Principle entrance area (at 700 Hamilton Street)
- Related stairs/ramp adjacent to Studio 700
- Washrooms

Rental Rate Card
- 5 ft. (60") round tables = $10 per table
- 42" high (30") cocktail tables = $10 per table
- 8 ft. (30") rectangular tables = $9 per table
- 6 ft (30") rectangular tables = $8 per table
- 6 ft (30") black table clothes = 90" x 156" = $15 per tablecloth
- 4 ft. (30") rectangular tables = $7 per table
- black padded chairs = $4 per chair
- folding chairs = $1 per chair
- risers (4'x 4' or 4'x 8') = $50/day, plus 2 stagehands to set up ($50/hour/per stagehand)
Equipment (10% discount for non-profits)
- PA System = $100/day includes the following:
- 4 pevey floor monitors
- 2 JBL FOH monitors
- 1 Sub
- 2 monitor mixes
- 6 SM58 mics
- 6 SM57 mics
- 2 KSM137 mics
- 4 floor stands
- 12 tall stands
- Zed 22FX console configured for two monitor sends and on-board effects
- 6 chs of EQ
- 16 ch snake to stage
- A/V Systems = $100/day
- TV Monitors = $100/day
- DVD Player = $50/day
Technical Equipment (10% discount for non-profits)
- Stagehand = $50/hour ($75/hour after 8 hours)
- Audio Technician = $50/hour ($75/hour after 8 hours)
- Lighting Technician = $50/hour ($75/hour after 8 hours)
