It's a cliché, but it's true: the food we eat says so much about who we are-particularly in a city like Toronto where you can have congee for breakfast, meatball sandwiches for lunch, and momos for dinner.

Every second Tuesday after the 4:30 p.m. news, Sarah Elton joins Matt in studio to talk about food in Toronto. Considering that we are what we eat, by telling stories about food in Toronto, Sarah explores the evolution of the city through our culinary adventures.
