Carlan Gay

Carlan Gay: Co-host of 3rd and Long Carlan is a charismatic Sports Broadcaster and Journalist. He is the play-by-play voice of the National Basketball League of Canada's Oshawa Power. Carlan has also had the privilege of covering the CCAA, OCAA, OHL, NBA, NCAA Men's Basketball and the CFL.

Producer Sase Narayan: Completing his final year at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology with an Information Technology Degree Sase Narayan has produced broadcasts for 3rd and Long, UOIT Ridgebacks, Durham College Lords, 2011 CCAA National Men's Basketball Championships, and NBL's Oshawa Power Basketball.

Shannon Kelly

Shannon Kelly: Over the past 5 years Shannon has been a Toronto Argonauts Cheerleader, and won Miss Argo 2006 in her rookie year. She put down her pom poms for a microphone and currently hosts the 2011 NLL Champions, the Toronto Rock. On 3rd and Long, Shannon gives her picks of the week, and of course, the boys a hard time.
